Dig Deep Farms & Produce announcements, media and information

We welcome volunteers!

Urban farming is fun and rewarding. Dig Deep Farms & Produce works on the land, prepares planting beds, plants seeds and starts, keeps our plants healthy (that means weeding, of course!), harvests crops, prepares crops for packing, packs our bags, prepares delivery schedules, manages orders and payments, and delivers bags to happy customers!!

If you have talent, skill, or just plain old interest and passion to contribute to to the betterment of our community, please consider volunteering.

We can arrange a visit and a volunteer time that fits into your schedule.

To contact our Operations Manager, Tammy Wakerling, call 510-667-3275 or email digdeepfarms@gmail.com.

Thank you!

Dig Deep Farms has the decision makers talking about buying low cost, convenient and accessible produce. Employees discuss the dynamics of what comes in the produce boxes, why it's better to choose DDF instead of any other produce branch, and why it's important for the youth to eat healthy.
