 High quality fruit is very important to us.  We want the community to eat what we know is healthy for them. 
Our deliveries consist of locally grown seasonal fruit.  Below is a representation of some of our favorites!

Apples are a leading source of flavonoid and poly phenols, which are both very powerful antioxidants. It is also a moderate source of vitamin C, although it is not as much as an orange. It also has a bunch of other vitamins and minerals that can help strengthen your blood.

Cool Fact
The skin of an apple contains pectin and can help remove toxic substances out of your body, like pimples, boils, etc.

Bananas are the masters of potassium, which makes our body organs function properly and keeps the body cells and tissues in order. They are also a great source of fiber, carbohydrates, and natural sugars that the body needs. Bananas can control bowel movements, it contains pectin that controls and smoothens the bowel movement.

Cool Fact
The potassium in bananas regulates blood pressure and keeps the blood circulating smoothly. These two factors are beneficial in achieving good heart health.

Grapes contain organic acids and cellulose. These factors help very much with constipation, and toning the stomach and intestines. The grape skin prevents absorbing cholesterol into your system.

Grapes can improve asthma and symptoms of asthma. Grapes have the ability to provide moisture to the lungs, which stop symptoms of asthma from taking place.

Pears are a very great source to go to for an iron supply. Related to an apple, the pear carries some of the nutrients that apples have also. depending on the variety is how much iron is inside of the pear. Drink lots of pear juice in the summer to cool you down and prevent a soar throat.

Cool Fact
If you cut a pear and let it sit a few days, the corners and maybe the inside of the pear should turn brown. If i doesn't, it has little or no iron.

It's calcium helps maintain the health of our bones and teeth, just like milk. Oranges can prevent illnesses such as asthma, tuberculosis, pneumonia, etc.

Strawberries are full of red because they are highly concentrated in antioxidants. Antioxidants gets rid of all of the harmful toxins in the blood. Strawberries are the ideal food for fighting cancer, and a lot of other diseases. You can also remove tartar with strawberries by eating them, or cutting them and rubbing them on your teeth. That is, it you want your teeth to be red.

Strawberries are one of the most used fruits now and days. they are used for things like soda, deserts, salads, smoothies, appetizers, fruit dishes, ice creams, yogurts, etc.

The average sized cantaloupe holds approximately one hundred calories, and is very rich in nutrients. if you eat melons for your everyday breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals, you are guaranteed to loose weight moderately.

Cherries can help cure a lot of things just by eating them daily. They can help anemia, colds, obesity, cramps, high blood pressure, and asthma.
